"I Recently requested Techforce to provide a quote for a new telephone system for my 9-5 employers.

He immediately arranged a visit to the premises to a look over the requirements and agreed a time scale for his response with full details.

In the mean time, the requirements changed and I asked David to provide different equipment and provide a further breakdown of costs and explanations in non jargon type language, so that I could show it to the directors and they would not just be bamboozled with science.

David was very patient and obviously spent a great deal of time researching the products available and whether they would meet our needs.  During all of this he kept me updated on progress by e-mail.

This was an excellent example of customer service and because of this I would not hesitate to recommend the services of David and Techforce."
