Site Callouts & Telephone Support
(If not covered by maintenance agreement)
Current Rate - £60/hour
*This will change to £65/hour from February 2025*
Remote/Telephone Support to be charged at 1/2 hour intervals.
Maintenance Agreements
What is covered:
Telephone, email and on-site support when needed within normal office hours.
Office hours – 9AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays
Proactive monitoring and maintenance of your PCs and Laptops.
Network, internet, and email related faults within the site address.
Operating system problems (e.g. the running of windows 10).
Patch management to keep Windows up to date.
Managed Antivirus software.
Regular operating system tune-ups.
Ad hoc & project work not covered by maintenance
This may include the following:
3rd party software, hardware installation, support & update.
New PC setup and PC upgrades.
Office move around.
Reconfiguration for new user.
3rd party scanner setup.
3rd party internet not provided by us, telephone system support.
Out of Hours Policy
We don’t provide out-of-hours support or cover anything that falls outside support hours. We may sometimes help with something urgent if we are available, this will be charged at £100.00 per hour and for full 1 hour periods.
